  • 2 Photos ( 35 x 45 mm, 80 % Face image ,white background )
  • Detailed itinerary for the entire period of stay with hotel confirmation 
  • Covering letter explaining the reason of travel with name & designation and travel date.
  • Proof of income i.e. last 3 years I-T Challan or TDS Certificate
  • Latest bank statement is compulsory (last 6 months) Personal + Current updated.
  • If Service then Salary Certificate with Original Leave Letter
  • Ticket Itenary.
  • Overseas Medical Insurance policy  The insurance has to cover the entire stay in Schengen territory Minimum coverage of 30,000 Euro per person.
  • Students must provide confirmation from their school/college

Business Visa

  • 1 Form dully filled

  • Business invitation with stamp and signed 
  • Covering letter explaining the reason of travel with name & designation and travel date.
  • Proof of income i.e. last 3 years I-T Challan or TDS Certificate

  • If Service then Salary Certificate with Orignal Leave Letter
  • Ticket Itenery
