Tourist Visa

• Forms
• Two Recent Photographs 35mm x 45mm with white background, 80% face should be seen (Photographs should not be old for more than 6 months)

• Hotel Confirmation
• Day to day schedule
• Copy of the Passport (2 copies of first page on a separate sheet, one copy of last page)
• Copies of Income Tax Return for last 3 years or Form 16 for last 3 years
• Bank Statement for 6 months - duly attested by respective Bank with original Bank seal.
• Korea Consulate will not accept cases which belong to Jurisdictions of Karnataka the same has to be submitted in New Delhi.

Business Visa

• Covering Letter from Indian company, signed by authorized signatory with name, designation and seal of the company.
• Invitation letter with seal and sign
• Recent Korean Company Registration copy.
• Copies of Income Tax Return for last 3 years or Form 16 for last 3 years
• Copy of the Passport (2 copies of first page on a separate sheet, one copy of last page)
• Bank Statement for 6 months - duly attested by respective Bank with original Bank seal.
• Copy of Credit Card

Employement Visa

• Form

• Original Work permit approval from Ministry of Justice
• Copy of the Passport (2 copies of first page on a separate sheet, one copy of last page)
• Copies of Income Tax Return for last 3 years or Form 16 for last 3 years
• Bank Statement for 6 months - duly attested by respective Bank with original Bank seal.
• Korea Consulate will not accept cases which belong to Jurisdictions of Karnataka the same has to be submitted in New Delhi.

Visa Fee

• Payable Demand Draft in favour of the "CONSULATE GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA"

• Single Entry - Rs. 2400/- INR
• Multiple Entry Rs.5400/- INR
