  • Application form fully completed and signed by applicant
  • 2 recent passport size photographs in white background.
  • Passport having validity of 90 days from date of expiry of visa with 1 blank page,
  • Covering letter from applicant detailing purpose of trip, duration of stay and day to day travel itinerary with the exact address of stay in Malta.
  • Personal bank account for last 3months, Income tax challans for last 3 years or form 16A.
  • A confirmed return air ticket with Confirmed hotel booking
  • Overseas Mediclaim policy. The minimum coverage will be 30.000 euros

Business Visa

  • Application form fully completed and signed by applicant
