Tourist Visa

• Valid passport for at least 6 months (Copy of the Passport - 2 copies of first page on a separate sheet, one copy of last page)
• One visa application form No BI-84 ( filled in Black ink only and signature should be as per passport )
• Two Recent Photographs, 35mm x 45mm with white background, 80% face should be seen (Photographs should not be old for more than one months)
• Detailed Personal Covering letter applicant's name with passport no., designation, purpose of travel and date of travel on the top.
• Leave letter from the Company
• Hotel confirmation from South Africa with name and passport number and name and designing of the person who sign.
• Updated Bank statement for the last 6 months with applicant's name, a/c no. with bank seal & sign
• Return ticket

Business Visa

• Invitation letter with passport no., designation, purpose of travel and date of travel and proper address CTC number of the South African company and person who signs his name and designation.
• Updated Bank statement for the last 6 months with applicant's name, a/c no. with bank seal & sign
• Copy of the Credit Card
• Require Ticket

Transit Visa

• 1 Form
• 2 Photo with white background
• Return confirm Air tickets.
• Purpose of travel and date of travel briefly mention on the letterhead.
• last 3 month Personal Bank statement

Employement Visa

• Valid passport for the last 6 months (Copy of the Passport - 2 copies of first page on a separate sheet, one copy of last page)
• One visa application form form No. BI-1738 duly signed along with witness sign & photo ID (filled in Black ink only and signature should be as per passport)
• 2 Recent Color Photographs, 35mm x 45mm with white background, 80% face should be seen (Photographs should not be old for more than one months)
• Covering letter from the company for Intra company transfer or Covering letter from passenger on blank paper addressing to the 'SOUTH AFRICAN CONSULATE MUMBAI'
• Invitation letter from South African company with Passport number and Ticket as per Invitation letter.
• Employment agreement copy from south African company
• Original PCC from passport office
• Original Medical report & radiology report
• Qualification certificate
• Experience certificate
